I need to reschedule the delivery of the package

Once the order is shipped, we have limited control over the delivery of the shipment. The best way would be to reach out to the carrier directly and request them to reschedule the package as per your convenience.

If the carrier is not able to accept your request, please email us on support@baubax.com and we will try to reschedule your order. This is done on a best effort basis and we cannot guarantee it.
