Shipping and Delivery

  • How soon do you ship the order?

    Once the order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process and ship the order. Orders placed on Friday/public holiday are processed on Monday/next business day.

  • Where do you ship?

    We only ship within USA.  We are working on expanding our shipping services and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
  • Do you offer express shipping / Can I expedite my order?

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Once shipped orders are expected to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days.  Please note deliveries are not attempted on weekends or holidays.

    Sometimes orders are shipped separately depending on which location the inventory is available or the box size accepted by the carrier. If your order is shipped separately you will receive separate tracking numbers.
  • Can I choose the carrier to make the delivery of my order?

    We are currently not able to offer a choice of carrier. If your address is reachable only by a specific courier, it is advisable to consult our support team before you place your order.
