I want to change my address on the order.

Orders are sent to our logistics partner immediately upon receiving them and hence it is difficult to make changes to the address.  Please email us on support@baubax.com with your order number and your new address and we will see if it can be updated. Please note this is not guaranteed and done on a best effort basis.

BauBax is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses; we will ship to the address you provide on your order. BauBax is also not responsible for a customers’ failure to respond to a carriers’ pickup instructions. Undeliverable orders will either be Returned to Sender or destroyed by the ground carrier and will NOT be replaced nor refunded.
