How will I know when my order has been processed?

As soon as our warehouse fulfills your order, you will receive an email notification which will be followed by a tracking link. We highly recommend you use an email that you frequently check.  Once the tracking has been emailed, it is the customers responsibility tp monitor the tracking.

BauBax is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses; we will ship to the address you provide on your order. BauBax is also not responsible for a customers’ failure to respond to a carriers’ pickup instructions. Undeliverable orders will either be Returned to Sender or destroyed by the ground carrier and will NOT be replaced nor refunded.
