I wish to cancel my order.

Orders are sent to our logistics partner immediately upon receiving them. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, however, please email us on support@baubax.com and if possible we will cancel it. If the order is already processed and handed over to the carrier, we request that you follow our return policy.

BauBax is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses; we will ship to the address you provide on your order. BauBax is also not responsible for a customers’ failure to respond to a carriers’ pickup instructions. Undeliverable orders will either be Returned to Sender or destroyed by the ground carrier and will NOT be replaced nor refunded.
