  • Where is my order?

    We process orders as soon as they are received and email the tracking number to the email address on the order. If you have not yet received your tracking number, please reach out to us on support@baubax.com.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. You may place a different order for the additional items.
  • Do you have any stores?

    Currently we do not have any physical stores and accept orders online only.
  • How do I change the billing address in my order?

    We are unable to make changes to your billing address. If you have entered a wrong billing address at the time of placing an order, please email the correct address to us on support@baubax.com.
  • The product I want is not available.

    You can leave your email address on our website by selecting the product and size that is not available. We will notify you once they have been re-stocked. Our inventory changes daily. It's best to check out our website for availability.
  • Where can I find my order number?

    Your order number can be found on both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you're still having trouble locating your order number, drop us a quick line on support@baubax.com with the email address used to place the order and we'll help you out!
  • Is placing an order with Baubax secure?

    Yes. Baubax.com is protected by SSL encryption technology and the Safe Shopping Guarantee.
  • What currency is the price in?

    The currency is in USD.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and BauBax gift cards. We can only accept one form of payment per order—with the exception of using the gift card as a partial payment.
  • When do I enter the promo code while placing an order?

    You can enter the promo code on the checkout page while placing the order. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
