How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number once your shipment has been scanned by the carrier and a notification email will be sent to you. Simply click on the tracking number in the email and it will take you to the tracking link where you will be able to see the status of your shipment. We request that you keep monitoring the tracking once you have received the tracking link. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

BauBax is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses; we will ship to the address you provide on your order. BauBax is also not responsible for a customers’ failure to respond to a carriers’ pickup instructions. Undeliverable orders will either be Returned to Sender or destroyed by the ground carrier and will NOT be replaced nor refunded.
