• Where do I enter the promo code while placing the order?

  You can enter the promo code on the checkout page while placing the order.

• Can I use more than one promo code on an order?

  Only one promo code can be applied at one time. If you have more than one promo code, please use the one that offers more discounts.

• Can I use my discount coupon on clearance/survival sale?

  The clearance/survival sale prices are heavily discounted and hence we are not able to offer additional discounts.

• I forgot to add the promo code while placing the order. Can you apply it for me?

  Please reach out to our support team on support@baubax.com and provide them the coupon code you have.

• Why isn't my promo code working?

  Each promo code has parameters. Most promo codes are based on the original price of each item. If the item is on sale or discounted more than the coupon discount, there might be not too much price difference after applying the coupon.
